Interviewer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (in-office)
Requirements: Computer literate
Fluently bilingual, written and spoken, English and Spanish
Job Description: The interviewer we hire will talk with our clients, and listen to their stories, translating from Spanish to English as they type client answers into a questionnaire. The interviewer must be able to ask additional questions to dig deeper into the clients’ experiences to discover and record the details that we need to present our clients’ cases to the courts.

Declaration Writer (Creative Writer)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (in-office)
Requirements: Creative writing talent
Job Description: The Declaration Writer will take the details gathered by the Interviewers and craft them into documents (“Declarations”) that will be presented to the court. The Declaration will tell the clients’ stories in a way that vividly describes the actions, and the feelings that arise from these actions. These Declarations are crucial to the success of our clients’ cases, so they must be written in such a way that the Hearing Officer or Judge understands the clients’ pain and suffering, emotional or physical

Forms Administrator
Locations: Houston, TX (virtual), and Salt Lake City, UT (in-office)
Requirements: Attention to detail is critical in this position!
Job Description: The Forms Administrator will determine the government forms needed for each case, retrieve the forms, and complete them.

Legal Executive (Sales)
Locations: Virtual position, in Mexico or Colombia
Requirements: Computer literate

Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Job Description: The Legal Executive speaks with potential clients to make sure they understand our services, gain their acceptance of our firm’s assistance, and arrange payments. The Legal Executives are part of the Sales Team.

Qualifications:
Must have a JD and have passed the bar in your state,
Must be fluently bilingual, English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Must be willing to work in-office.
Must be willing to learn and to work smoothly as part of a close-knit team.
A little immigration experience, personal or professional, is a plus.
